Shoebox scans are a quick, convenient and inexpensive way to digitally preserve large numbers of photographs. We carefully scan your photos and save them to CD or DVD for archiving, printing, emailing or even to create a DVD slide who to share with your friends and family. Your options are endless once your photos have been scanned.
We can scan any non professional photographs from 2x2.5 inches up to 8.5x14 inches. Your photographs will be put to CD or DVD in a standard Jpeg file format at their original size. Larger file sizes and Tiff file formats are available for an additional fee. Photographs smaller, larger, mounted or too fragile can be scanned on our flatbed scanner at an additional fee per picture.
Photographs will not be scanned in order with this service unless the prints are numbered on the back and placed in reverse number order with the image side facing up. Prints must be flat and must not be mounted, stapled, in albums or frames, torn, bent or folded. Copyrighted material cannot be scanned without a release form signed.
